• A piece of hardware broke on my gear. What do I do?

  Contact support@blueridgeoverlandgear.com to receive a warranty replacement part.

• Can you customize my product?

  No. At this time we DO NOT offer any Custom Cut and Sew services for single products.

• Do you make a universal attic?

  No. However, the Landcruiser attic is the closest thing we offer to a "universal" fit. Please note that we cannot guarantee a fit for any vehicle other than the makes and models listed with each product.

• Do you offer gift cards?

  No we do not. En Espanol? No. Italiano? No. Nepalese? No. In English? Nope.

• Do you offer group buys or bulk discounts?

  Due to the low volume of production and the handmade nature of our products we do not offer group buys or bulk discounts to retail customers.

• How do I measure my headrest for a headrest Velcro Panel?

  The BROG Headrest Panels fit Headrests 18-25" around.

• I want to buy something that isn't on your site, can you get it for me?

• Leather Tags

  We feature a leather logo tag on a majority of our products. The leather we use in our manufacturing process varies from batch to batch so you may notice differences in leather color and grain across multiple products. On our smaller products, due to size, we do not feature leather logo tags.

• My BROG product broke, what do I do?

  Email us support@blueridgeoverlandgear.com and we will either repair or replace it. See our warranty page for more info.

• What does MOLLE mean?

  MOLLE (pronounced Molly) is an acronym that stands for "modular lightweight load-carrying equipment."

  We get asked this a lot and it comes down to a few major things. is mounting points. • Why don't you offer a MOLLE Water Bottle in Coyote?

  Once upon a time, we used to. However, after many complaints that our coyote pouches wouldn't stop howling from the back seat — we ceased production.

• Why don't your First Aid Kits come fully stocked?

  We believe your first aid kit should be tailored to you and should have gear you know how to use. Our first aid kits come empty so you can build it to fit your needs.

• Why do you put Velcro on everything?

  Because velcro is amazing. Plus, you can stick patches on it.

• Will the BROG seatback panel fit my seat?

  The seatback panels are widely universal. The 14x20" Panels typically pair well with bucket seats. The adapters are adjustable to fit a most seat sizes. The 18x20" panels are made for back or bench seats and also feature adjustable adapters.
